Seth: Recently, we congratulated college grads for their years of hard work. Concurrently, millions of high-schoolers nationwide are receiving diplomas. A lot of people I know will tell you they credit the sit-com A Different World with piquing their interest in college, and in many cases, Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). This show accurately depicted college life. Academics, the social arena, extra-curriculars (including Greek life), financial struggles and dorm life were all put on display. This should bring back memories:
