H.I.I.T. – High Intensity Interval Training

Ray: If you’re like me, then you probably want to get the most results out of your workouts. This desire lead me on a little search to find out what exercises professional athletes are doing that help sculpt their bodies while allowing them to perform at peak levels. After researching work out programs for Lebron James, Terrell Owens, and a few other super star performers, I noticed that they all incorporated High Intensity Interval Training (or HIIT) into their daily routine.

High Intensity Interval Training is exactly what it sounds like. It is a program designed to push muscles to the max and help give athletes that explosion worth millions of dollars. The workouts are designed to shorten the amount of time you spend in the gym while absolutely maximizing the potential in your muscles.
